Is Dogpilot really free?

Yes. The FREE plan has no time limit and needs no card. The limits concern the number of dogs (1 male or 1 female) and shows (up to 3). PRO removes the limits.

I am not a breeder, I have one dog. Is Dogpilot for me?

Yes. In “I have a dog” mode the app hides the kennel modules and keeps your dog’s health, dates, expenses, documents and gallery. The FREE plan is plenty for an owner of one or two dogs.

I bought a puppy from a breeder who uses Dogpilot. What now?

Install Dogpilot, create a free account in “I have a dog” mode and scan the QR code on the handover card. The puppy’s weights, vaccinations, deworming and food appear in your app with nothing to retype.

Does it work on iPhone and on a computer?

Yes – Dogpilot is available for Android, iPhone and as a web app in the browser. One account, the same data on every device.

Where is my data and is it safe?

Data is stored on servers in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest, in line with GDPR. You can export it to a file or delete it together with your account at any time.

Does the app work without internet?

Yes. Entries, weigh-ins and photos are saved on the phone and sync when the signal returns – in the whelping room or at a show hall, for example.

What does the buyer see after scanning the QR code?

The puppy’s details, weight history, vaccinations, deworming, food and the new-home pack. Not the price, your notes or other puppies’ data.

Can I work in the app together with a partner?

Yes, on the PRO plan you invite team members with roles: co-owner, viewer, vet. Everyone logs in with their own account.

Where does the show calendar come from?

From the public calendar of the national kennel club. The list is refreshed daily; entry deadlines, judges and fees are published by the organiser.

How do I move data from a notebook or another app?

You add dogs and litters with the wizard in a few minutes. CSV files are imported by our team as part of the beta programme – write to us.
